We understand that every part and project is unique. That's why we spend time with you working through your requirements to understand feasibility, compatibility and support needed. We only take on composites projects that we are confident will have success with integration of our reusable system.

QUOTATION

PROCESS INTEGRATION

It's important to us that our technology is accessible to composites manufacturers of all sizes and production methods. That’s why upon your quotation we will outline integration options suitable to your project scale and budget (including all composites supplies, machinery needed and hours of support recommended).

STEP 3

APPLICATION

MEMBRANE PRODUCTION

Depending on what you opt for, we will offer a production day either at our facility in Cornwall, or at your premises. We offer clear demonstration with technical composites moulding training for you and your team for current and future reapplication.

STEP 4

ONGOING

REUSABLE APPLICATION

Once produced, your reusable silicone vacuum membrane is ready to enter production. The team will advise on how to handle and operate the membrane/s for improved reuse. We closely follow your journey with our system and keep open communication to ensure full adhesion and success with the new composites moulding process.
